CSV Venezia (Centro di Servizio per il Volontariato della Città Metropolitana di Venezia) is an entity that provides services to the Third Sector. Accredited by the National Control Body, CSV Venezia is a development agency to which the Italian Third Sector Code entrusts the role of organising, managing and providing training, consulting, social project management and technical support services to promote and strengthen the role of volunteers. CSV Venezia acts as a facilitator of networks of Third Sector entities.
Key Activities:
1. Promotion, Orientation, and Territorial Animation:

Promoting the values of volunteering and highlighting the social impact of voluntary action within the local community.

Cultivating a culture of solidarity and active citizenship.

Facilitating connections between Third Sector entities and individuals interested in volunteering.
2. Training:

Providing volunteers, or those aspiring to be, with comprehensive training.

Enhancing awareness of their role and fostering skills in project management, organisation, and interpersonal communication.
3. Consultancy, Qualified Assistance, and Support:

Strengthening volunteers' skills and protections across various domains including legal, fiscal, project management, and organisational aspects.

Offering assistance in socio-economic reporting and fundraising research.
4. Information and Communication:

Improving the dissemination of relevant information related to volunteering.

Promoting initiatives within the Third Sector.

Attracting new volunteers to the Metropolitan City of Venice.
5. Research and Documentation:

Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to analyse the needs of Venetian citizens.

Studying the local context and identifying key stakeholders.

Proposing impactful projects based on research findings.
6. Technical-Logistic Support:

Providing logistical support to facilitate volunteer operations.

Offering temporary spaces, tools, and equipment as needed.
The target subjects of the services and activities are: volunteers, aspiring volunteers, citizens, for-profit entities and non - profit organisations.
