About the project

The project aims to recognise museums as a space for learning and personal development for audiences and volunteers, contributing to the inclusion of people with diaspora and bi-cultural or migrant backgrounds as volunteers in the museum and cultural heritage fields. It foresees training museum curators and museum volunteering managers to build capacity for a better integration of this target group as volunteers while also providing cultural value to museums through their common narratives and personal experiences.
