Full applications contain:​

1. A form with information

2. A recent activity report (with at least an executive summary in English and it should be uploaded on the google form) 

3. A balance sheet of the last closed accounts (with at least an executive summary in English and it should be uploaded on the google form) 

4. Articles of association / Statutes, of which at least an executive summary of these has to be provided in English stating the legal form that the organisation has. 

5. Declaration of interest to join CEV to be uploaded by the legal representative signed and stamped.

CEV membership applications are subject to approval by the CEV Board.
